Tuition & Fee Information: Kindergarten – 8th Grade

Registration Fee Schedule

  • Registration fees range between $450 and $600 depending on date of enrollment.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable and due with the Enrollment Contract.
  • Returning students not enrolled by February 15th will not be guaranteed space in classes.
  • Registration fee includes 1 CCS Spirit Shirt.

Tuition Rates

Tuition is paid on a 10 month schedule: August through June with no payment in February. Parents may also opt to pay tuition in full in August or biannually in August and January. All tuition payments must be made through Smart Tuition via the parent portal at parent.smarttuition.com. Tuition accounts are due and payable on the 1st of each month.

Please note:

  • Members of Calvary Church of Santa Ana will receive at 10% discount.
  • Families with a full-time (5 days per week) preschool student will receive an annual discount of $300.
  • Payment in full in August qualifies for a 1.5% discount.

 

After School Program (ASP) Plans and Rates

The plan rates have been calculated for the entire school year and are paid on the same 10 month schedule as tuition payments (August through June with no payment in February). ASP charges are applied to your Smart Tuition account.
